Club Opening Days & Times
Eastbourne Rowing Club is open three times a week for club group activities (other nights when boats are selected arranged through the Club Captain).
Winter (September through till April)
Tuesday evening at Willingdon School closing about 8-00 pm. Winter sessions include body circuits and ergometer work. Senior members (over 17) move between the school and the boathouse (Tues & Thurs) where we use ergos and do some weight training sessions.
Sunday morning (all year round) are at the boathouse for 8-00am aiming to be on the water at 8-30am. We boat on the sea if possible or on local flat water. Sessions usually finish about 11-00am.
Summer (April through till September)
Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6-30pm at the boathouse.
